At LitWormBox, we aim to deliver your curated book boxes safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Subscription boxes follow a monthly shipping schedule, typically dispatched between the 1st–10th of each month.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Within Malaysia

Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days

International Shipping

If offered, delivery time may vary by destination: 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (if provided by the courier)

You may track your parcel through the courier’s website.


4. Delivery Issues

a. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery period:

  • Provide your order number and tracking details
    We will assist in filing a report with the courier.

b. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the package and items

  • Email us within 2 days of receiving your parcel
    We will review the issue and assist with replacements or refund options according to our Refund & Return Policy.


5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

LitWormBox is not responsible for:

  • Parcels delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

  • Additional charges required for re-delivery

  • Undeliverable parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete information

If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


6. Pre-Orders & Special Releases

Certain boxes or limited-edition items may have different shipping timelines.
Shipping dates for these items will be clearly stated on the product page.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Additional charges imposed by the destination country

LitWormBox is not liable for delays caused by customs processes.
