At LitWormBox, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care when curating and packing each box. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 2 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

Please note:
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons related to personal preference (e.g., not liking the theme or book selection), as LitWormBox products are curated mystery-style boxes.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used items

  • Subscription boxes once delivered

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Items not returned in their original condition

  • Sale items or promotional bundles


3. Reporting an Issue

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at:

Include the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the damaged/defective item

  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.


4. Return Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item

  • Items must be sent back using a trackable shipping method

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is from our side (e.g., incorrect or damaged item)

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


5. Refund Options

If approved, you may receive:

a. Replacement Item

A new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

b. Store Credit

You will receive credit that can be used for future purchases.

c. Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds typically take 5–14 business days to appear depending on your bank or provider.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or e-wallet

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

7. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
For exchange requests, please reach out to us with your order details.


8. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription orders can be cancelled before the billing date.

  • Once billed or processed, subscription boxes cannot be cancelled or refunded.
